Application Tatra banka VIAMO enables users to conveniently send money via cell phone directly to Slovak phone numbers. Within the app, users simply input the receiver’s phone number, the amount of money, and confirm the payment with a four-digit PIN code. Instant notifications are sent to the receiver regarding the transaction. Funds are either automatically transferred to the receiver's VIAMO account or can be collected through the www.viamo.sk portal. It's worth noting that the recipient can have accounts with any Slovak bank.

Moreover, users can make payments for products or services at selected merchants by directly choosing VIAMO merchants within the application or by scanning the special VIAMO QR code.

The payment request feature allows users to prompt individuals for pending payments. If the recipient is also a VIAMO app user, they can conveniently respond and make payments directly within the app. Alternatively, if the recipient does not have the application, a payment request can be sent as an SMS message with a Payme link.

The Tatra banka VIAMO application is compatible with mobile devices running on Android 8.0 version or higher. Setting up a profile on the app or www.viamo.sk portal is quick and easy, followed by activation. The activation process involves using an activation code available in the Tatra banka app or your profile. Alternatively, users can opt for login using their phone number and password from their VIAMO profile. Transactions only require a four-digit PIN for approval.
